Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 77jill may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at 77jill's discretion.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting 77jill support. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and standard processing timelines. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All deposits must originate from a payment account owned by and registered in the name of the 77jill account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All transactions on the 77jill platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77jill does not accept or process foreign currency deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
77jill does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the receiving bank, which are outside 77jill's control.
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other offers made available by 77jill are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real money or withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Where not otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for 77jill bonuses is 25× (twenty-five times) the bonus amount.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) and slot games generally contribute 100%. VIP Salon tables, certain jackpot titles, and other excluded games may contribute 0% or a reduced percentage, as specified in individual promotion terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party bonuses through coordinated play, abuse of matched betting strategies, or any other method determined by 77jill to constitute bonus abuse is a Prohibited Activity. 77jill reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Unclaimed or partially unclaimed bonus funds expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Where no expiry date is stated, unused bonus funds expire 30 days after credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
77jill reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has affected the game, where a bet appears to be placed in bad faith, or where a bet is placed in connection with a Prohibited Activity. A bet is not confirmed until it has been recorded and acknowledged by the 77jill server.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during a game round, 77jill's server logs are the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions. 77jill is not responsible for losses arising from network issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions, Wi-Fi drops, or device failures. Refer to Section 11 for liability limitations.
Each game available on the 77jill platform is subject to its own rules as specified within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules of each game before placing bets. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and any other 77jill publication, the in-game rules govern the specific game round.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 77jill platform and are displayed within each game. 77jill reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. Upon suspension or closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 77jill may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus funds, real money balance, or pending winnings associated with the account. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation and potential reporting to Philippine financial intelligence authorities.
77jill collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and use of the platform. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the 77jill platform, that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
